  • 6 medium size flower crabs - remove shells and cut into two pieces
  • 3 green chillies - sliced into 4-5 pieces
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • A handful Thai sweet basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • Salt for taste
  • To blend/ground
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 inch fresh turmeric (can replace with turmeric powder)
  • 5 shallots
  • 1-2 tsp black peppercorns
  • Add some water and blend for a smooth paste

Direcciones

  1. When oil is heated, fry paste till aromatic and oil splits
  2. Add crabs and stir in.
  3. Pour 1/2 cup of water (more if you like more gravy) and stir again.
  4. Wait for the crabs to be cooked.
  5. Add chillies, basil leaves, lime juice and season with salt.
