Receta Liz's Cream Cheese Cookies

Ingredientes
- 3 ounce. pkg. cream cheese
- 4 ounce. unsalted butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- Mix cream cheese, butter, and egg yolk till fluffy. Fold sugar and flour into fluffy cheese-butter mix. Add in vanilla, place in chill and refrigeratefor 1 1/2 hrs. Roll and cut or possibly can be formed in a log, frzn and then sliced and baked. Excellent in a cookie gun. This cookie is thin and crispy. Bake at 350 degrees.
