Everyone is always so surprised by how much I love oatmeal. Steel cut or rolled, it’s always my breakfast of choice. But I think that what some people don’t realize is that it’s ALL about the toppings!
In the mix: 1 cup water, 1/2 cup gluten free steel cut oats; topped with 1/4 cup Trader Joe’s Loaded Fruit and Nut gluten free granola
My sweet sister in law surprised me on Saturday with a bag of TJ’s GF granola. I had tried the cranberry bag and thought it was okay, but fruit and nut is DELICIOUS!
Big pieces of pecan and almond with sweet, crunchy bits.
After snapping pictures, I had the great idea to add in a splash of Light Vanilla Soymilk. Genius!
