Receta Lobster Bisque
Ingredientes
- 2 (11 1/4 ounce.) cans condensed green pea soup
- 2 (11 ounce.) cans condensed bisque of tomato soup
- 1 soup can lowfat milk
- 2 c. light cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 (5 ounce.) cans lobster meat, liquid removed
- 1/3 c. dry sherry
Direcciones
- In large saucepan, combine all ingredients except lobster meat and sherry with rotary beater; heat through.
- Stir in lobster meat and sherry; heat.
