Receta Lori's Turkey Chili

Ingredientes
- 1 lrg Can diced tomatoes
- 1 can Red kidney beans, liquid removed
- 1 can 'flakes of turkey'
- 1 med Onion, diced
- 1 x Celery stalk, diced
- 1 x Carrot, shredded or possibly diced Chili pwdr, to taste Garlic pwdr, to taste Salt and pepper, to taste
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onions, celery, and carrots in a little bit of oil. Once onions are translucent/soft, add in tomatoes and kidney beans. Take turkey out of can, cut it up into bite-size chunks and add in to pot, with juice. Add in seasonings to taste as listed above (do not know the measurements as they are different every time). Bring to a boil, and let simmer for about 20 min.
- Please note: This is not the most appetizing looking meal, but it is delicious on a cool winter night Also note: As with most chili, this is always better the second night, so make a double batch...
