Ingredientes
- 4 x boneless skinless chicken breast halves Salt and Pepper
- 1/4 c. fresh lime juice
- 1 pkt dry Italian salad dressing mix I use Good Seasons
- 1/4 c. margarine melted
Direcciones
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste.
- 2. Mix together lime juice, salad dressing mix, and margarine.
- 3. Place chicken in a 13x9x2" baking dish. Pour sauce over chicken, making sure all surfaces are coated. Cover with foil.
- 4. Bake 1 hour, removing foil 15 min before cooking time is finished.
