Receta Louisiana Butter Pecan Coffee Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Sugar
- 2 c. Sifted flour
- 3 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/3 c. Soft butter
- 1 x Egg
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Minced pecans
- 2 Tbsp. Soft butter
- 1/4 c. Brown sugar, packed
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift first 4 ingredients together. Add in butter, egg and lowfat milk. Beat well, about 2 min. Pour into greased and floured 9 inch square pan. Blend topping ingredients and sprinkle over cake mix. Bake for 35 to 40 min.
