Receta Low Fat Pizza Dough

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
- 2 c. bread flour or possibly all purpose
- 1/4 c. wheat bran or possibly oat bran
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp. prunes *NOTE
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. yellow cornmeal add in more water Tablespoons at a time, as needed
Direcciones
- *NOTE chopped, pour boiling water to soften, drain
- Place ingredients in bread machine according to manufacturer's directions. Process on Dough Cycle. Preheat oven to 450 deg F. Remove dough from machine at end of cycle and divide in two.
- Roll two 10 inch circles on floured board and place on baking sheets dusted with cornmeal. Bake 20 min or possibly till browned.
