Ingredientes
- 1 x CLOVE GARLIC
- 1/2 tsp THYME,BASIL.Or possibly OREGANO
- 1/2 med ONION Minced
- 1/4 lb COD Or possibly OTHER WHITE FLESHED Hard FISH CUT 1" CUBES
- 2 1/2 c. CANNED TOMATOES Minced WITH LIQUID
- 1/4 lb SCALLOPS 1" Pcs
- 1 whl BAY LEAF
- 1/4 lb RAW SHRIMP CLEANED
- 1 pch CAYENNE PEPPER SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE.
- 1/8 tsp FENNEL SEED OPTIONAL
Direcciones
- Combine tomatoes,garlic,onion,and seasoning in saucepan. Simmer for 10 min. Add in cod and simmer gently for 2 min, add in scallops and simmer 2 miinutes, add in shrimp and simmer 3-5 min, just till shrimp turns pink.
