  1. Combine tomatoes,garlic,onion,and seasoning in saucepan. Simmer for 10 min. Add in cod and simmer gently for 2 min, add in scallops and simmer 2 miinutes, add in shrimp and simmer 3-5 min, just till shrimp turns pink.
