Ingredientes
- 6 Farm Fresh Large eggs
- 6 jiggers Tabasco sauce
- 6 red chili peppers
- 6 sm. scallions with stems
- 12 sourdough bread slices
- Leaf lettuce
- 6 tbsp. extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 6 sm. skin-on potatoes, pre-steamed
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Raw goat cream
- 6 slices goat cheese
- Tomato
Direcciones
- Chop and mix all ingredients. Use raw goat cream (soured) as needed to blend all ingredients and form patties. Use flour to keep from sticking on hands. Toast golden both sides in skillet (low heat), heat slice of goat cheese over each pattie. Serve on sourdough bread (skillet toasted) with leaf lettuce, tomato, and dressing. Serves 6.
