Receta Lumpia (Bangus)
Ingredientes
- 2 med. sized bangus
- 1 sm. onion
- 1 box raisins
- Lard for frying
- 3 sm. tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon pounded garlic
- 25 big lumpia wrappers
- Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Clean the fish and parboil. Remove the flesh from the bones and set aside. Cut tomatoes into small pcs and cut the onions lengthwise. Saute/fry garlic, onions, and tomatoes. Add in bangus meat and raisins i lumpia wrapper and fry in deep warm fat till golden. Drain in absorbent paper and serve warm with sweet and lowfat sour cream.
