Receta Luscious Peach Cobbler

Ingredientes
- 10 or possibly 12 peaches, sliced
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. water

- Slice peaches (use plenty) into greased 8 x 10-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with sugar, lemon juice and water. After mixing first 3 batter ingredients till creamed together, then add in dry ingredients alternately with lowfat milk to this mix; spread over peaches. Will look skimpy. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min. Remove from oven and cover with egg whites, stiffly beaten, and powdered sugar added gradually. Brown for 10 to 15 min in oven. Serve warm or possibly cool.
