Receta Ma Welch's Easy Peach Cobbler
Ingredientes
- 1 (16 ounce.) can sliced peaches (2 c. diced and sweetened fresh peaches are better)
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 c. sugar
- Dash of salt
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1/4 c. sugar for topping
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, cook the fruit to boiling. Set aside.
- In a medium size mixing bowl, mix the flour, sugar, lowfat milk, baking powder, and salt.
- Put the melted butter in an oblong glass dish or 2 qt casserole dish. Pour the batter over this, then the warm fruit. Don't stir.
- Sprinkle the 1/4 c. sugar over the top. You can also sprinkle a little cinnamon on top, if you like.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 35 min.
- Serve hot with whipped cream.
