Receta Macaroni And Cheese

Ingredientes
- 16 ounce Macaroni and cheese
- 3 Tbsp. Butter, (up to 4)
- 1/4 c. Chopped onion, or possibly more
- 6 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 2 c. Heavy cream
- 1 c. Dry white wine
- 1 lb Shredded cheddar
Direcciones
- Cook macaroni in rapidly boiling water till not quite tender. Drain and reserve. Heat butter in a saucepan an cook the onion till tender, but not browned. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Slowly add in the cream and wine.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, till thickened. Add in cheese and stir till melted. Combine the macaroni and cheese and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15-25 min or possibly till thoroughly heated through and bubbly.
