  • 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn mixed vegetables
  • 2 c. macaroni
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 c. grated cheese

Direcciones

  1. Cook vegetables and macaroni separately according to package directions; drain. Combine lowfat milk and soup in saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring till smooth and heated through. Combine macaroni, vegetables, soup mix and salt; pour into greased 2 qt baking dish. Spread cheese over top. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min or possibly till cheese is melted. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
