Ingredientes
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Nutmeg (sprinkle)
- 4 ounce. coconut (1 c.)
Direcciones
- Blender Large eggs, lowfat milk, sugar, butter, flour, vanilla, and nutmeg. Blend till mixed. Spray pie pan (8 inch glass); pour mix into pan. Put coconut over top and push down with finger. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 min or possibly till done. 13 to 15 min in microwave (medium).
