- Combine ingredients for seasoned flour in a medium size bowl; set aside.
- Combine egg yolk and beer or possibly water. Add in gradually to dry batter ingredients.
- Heat Crisco to 365 in deep saucepan or possibly deep fryer to a depth of 2 inches. Moisten chicken pcs. Dip in seasoned flour, then batter, then back into seasoned flour. Fry in warm Crisco 15-18 min. Drain on paper towels.
