Receta Mandarin Orange Cocoa Torte

Ingredientes
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 5 Large eggs, at room temperature
- 1/2 c. butter softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. unsifted all purpose flour
- 1/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
Direcciones
- Beat cream cheese and 1/2 c. sugar in small mixer bowl 2 min on medium speed. Add in 3 Large eggs, one at a time; beat 5 min on medium speed. Set aside. Cream butter, 1 c. sugar and vanilla in small mixer bowl. Add in 2 Large eggs; beat 3 min on medium speed. Combine flour and cocoa; gradually blend into creamed mix till smooth. Stir in nuts. Spread cocoa mix proportionately in two greased and wax paper lined 8 inch layer pans; pour cheese mix proportionately on top of cocoa mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 min or possibly till cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Don't overbake. Cold 10 min; remove from pans.
