Receta Mandarin Orange Congealed Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. orange gelatin
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 sm. can mandarin oranges
- 2-3 bananas, minced or possibly mashed
- 3 ounce. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounce. cottage cheese
- 1 (6 ounce.) can orange juice
- 1 (8 ounce.) carton Cold Whip
- 1-2 c. miniature marshmallows
Direcciones
- Dissolve gelatin in water and add in pineapple (remember - Don't DRAIN), oranges, and bananas. In a bowl, whip together cheese and orange juice. Combine with first mix and mix in whipped topping. Stir in marshmallows. Pour in mold or possibly 2 qt dish and chill. Serves 12.
