Receta Taco Stir Fry

Ingredientes
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 2 tbsp. chili pwdr
- 1 c. whole kernel corn
- 1 (1 lb.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 c. minced Cheddar cheese
- 1 (9 1/2 ounce.) pkg. corn chips
- 2 sm. heads lettuce
- 1 avocado, sliced for garnish
Direcciones
- Heat oil in wok or possibly fry pan. Add in beef and onion, stir fry over high heat till beef is no longer pink and onion softened. Drain excess fat. Stir in chili pwdr, corn, tomatoes, sugar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
