My salad didn't look really great, but it tasted wonderful.
I added a handful of chopped walnuts.
Looking back, I think a larger amount of coconut would have been good.
Receta Mandarin Orange Pineapple Salad
Ingredientes
- 2 sm. cans mandarin oranges
- 1 lg. can crushed pineapple
- 2 c. mini marshmallows
- 1/3 c. coconut
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream (more or less depending on your tastebuds!)
- Few maraschino cherries, cut up
Direcciones
- Drain all the fruit very well.
- Mix with remaining ingredients and let stand overnight.
- Garnish with mint leaves and whole maraschino cherries.
