Receta Mandarin Stir Fry

Ingredientes
- 1 pound boned, skinned chicken, cut into thin strips
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 c. broccoli flowerets
- 2 onions, cut into thin wedges
- 1 carrot, cut into 2 inch julienne strips
- 1/2 pound mushrooms
Direcciones
- In skillet, heat 2 Tbsp. corn oil. Add in chicken and garlic. Stir fry 5 min or possibly till tender, then remove. Heat 2 Tbsp. corn oil, add in broccoli, onions and carrots. Stir fry 2 min. Add in mushrooms. Stir fry 1 minute or possibly till vegetables are tender crisp. Return chicken to wok, stir in sauce. Heat and boil 1 minute. Serve over warm rice. Serves 4 to 6.
