- 1 x Mango, peeled and diced
- 1/8 c. Red pepper, diced
- 1/4 Tbsp. Ginger, chopped
- 1 ounce Honey, liquid
- 1/2 Tbsp. Mint leaves, dry

- NOTE: This sauce is excellent on chicken, lamb and fish!
- Combine all the ingredients in a small pot and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook 5 min. Thats it!
