Receta Mango-Lime Guacamole
I’m always trying to sneak in some extra fruit so why not hide some in guacamole? This is a tasty snack packed with nutrients, and lets be honest a little hinting taste of summer in middle of the winter. Margaritas anyone? Enjoy!
Ingredientes
- Mango-Lime Guacamole
- 1 avocado
- 1 Mango, chopped
- 1 teaspoon jalapeño, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Zest of one lime
- 2 tablespoons chopped red onion
- 4 -5 cherry tomatoes quartered
- Sea salt
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and serve immediately. If you are going to eat this later, put the pit of the avocado in the guacamole and the avocado will stay green.
