Receta Maple Glazed Ham with Raisin Sauce
Ingredientes

- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 T butter
- 1 T light corn syrup
- 1 T orange juice
- 1/8 t ground allspice
- For the raisin sauce:
- 1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 2 T cornstarch
- 1 1/2 cups apple juice
- 1 cup raisins
- 3 T orange juice
- 1 T vinegar
- 1 t grated orange rind
- 1/8 t ground allspice
- For Rotisserie:
- 1. Score the top of the
- ham into diamonds
- (don't use cloves)
- Pace ham on the rotisserie
- Set for 1 1/4 hours
- 2. Meanwhile, prepare the maple glaze
- In a small saucepan combine the maple
- syrup, butter, corn syrup, 1 T orange juice,
