Receta Margarita Sauce For Seafood
Ingredientes
- 5 ounce tequila
- 3 ounce triple sec
- 24 ounce sweet and sour mix
- 4 teaspoon minced cilantro
- 1 teaspoon Lawry's seasoned salt
- Shrimp, scallops, sm. mushrooms
Direcciones
- Bring first 5 ingredients to a boil. Boil for 2 min. Mix 1/2 cup cornstarch with cold water to a paste consistency. Add in to above ingredients after boiling, stirring till sauce becomes glazed. Add in seafood, cook 5 min. Garnish with avocado.
