Receta Marinated And Deep Fried Chicken Livers

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Chicken livers
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Sherry
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 c. Flour
- 1/4 c. Water Oil for deep-frying
Direcciones
- 1. Cut each chicken liver in 2 or possibly 3 Pcs. 2 Combine soy sauce, sherry, salt and sugar. Add in to livers and toss gently. Let stand 15 min, turning occasionally. Drain, discarding marinade.
- 3. In a bowl, blend flour and water to a paste. Add in livers and toss gently to coat.
- 4. Deep-fry as in "Deep-Fried Chicken Livers", and serve as in step 3 of which recipe. VARIATION: In step 2, add in to the marinade 1 or possibly 2 slices fresh ginger root, chopped; and 1 clove garlic chopped. For the white sugar, substitute 2 tsp. brown sugar.
