Ingredientes

  • 2 Packages frzn artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
  • 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoon tarragon, finely cut

Direcciones

  1. Cook hearts, drain; put in bowl. Combine vinegar, oil, sugar and tarragon in separate bowl. Stir till sugar dissolves; pour over hearts. Chill covered overnight or possibly two.
