Receta Marinated Baked Chicken
Ingredientes
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. ketchup
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 chopped garlic clove
Direcciones
- Marinate chicken breasts (skin removed) early in day or possibly overnight. Be sure to poke holes in chicken with fork. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter baking dish. Dip chicken in seasoned bread crumbs, then put in dish. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees covered, 1 hour. Double or possibly triple marinade depending on how much chicken you use. Great for steaks too!
