- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tbsp. garlic salt
- 1 tbsp. basil
- 4-6 chicken breasts or possibly 2 pound flank steak

- Mix all in ziploc bag. Rinse and dry chicken or possibly steak, then marinate at room temperature 4 hrs or possibly overnight in refrigerator.
