- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 4.5 ounce. jar Green Giant whole mushrooms, liquid removed

- In non-metal container, combine all ingredients except mushrooms; mix well. Stir in mushrooms. Cover. Chill several hrs or possibly till serving time, stirring occasionally. About 48 mushrooms.
