Receta Marinated Cucumber Rings

Ingredientes
- 2 lg. cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 4 (4 ounce.) cans pimentos, liquid removed & sliced
- 2/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. white wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- Mix together cucumber and pimento strips. Shake oil, vinegar and salt together. Pour over cucumbers and refrigerate1 hour. Drain well. Just before serving, blend with lowfat sour cream. Minced green onion tops may be added while cucumbers are marinating.
