Receta Marinated Mozzarella With Fig Slices

Ingredientes
- 150 gm buffalo mozzarella cheese
- 6 x hard figs
- 8 x mint leaves
- 1 x salt and freshly grnd black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. walnut oil
- 1 tsp sunflower oil juice 1 lemon
- 1/2 clv garlic peeled and crushed
Direcciones
- Slice the cheese very thinly.
- Beat the marinade ingredients lightly together in a bowl and season to taste.
- Coat the cheese slices in it cover and refrigeratefor 24 hrs.
- Just before serving take the cheese out of the refrigerator.
- Trim both ends of each fig and slice each one in about 34 round slices.
- Arrange the cheese and fig slices decoratively on a round platter.
- Dribble the marinade all over and scatter the mint on top.
- Serves 4
