Receta Marinated Peppers With Balsamic Vinegar, Basil And Thyme

Ingredientes
- 3 x Bell peppers, preferably a mix of colors, roasted
- 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Orange Juice
- 1/2 tsp Grated orange rind
- 1/4 tsp Dry basil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Dry thyme Freshly grnd pepper, to taste Leaf lettuce
Direcciones
- 1. Cut the roasted peppers into 1/2-inch wide strips. Place in a small mixing bowl; Set aside.
- 2. Mix the remaining ingredients. Pour over peppers. Serve on leaf lettuce.
- Use fresh herbs when they are available. Crumbled goat cheese would be a delicious addition.
