Receta Marinated Sliced Tomatoes

Ingredientes
- 4 lrg ripe tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1/2 tsp chopped garlic
- 1/2 tsp oregano
Direcciones
- Peel and slice tomatoes ( each tomato should yield 4 to 5 slices). Combine remaining ingredients and mix. Pour over tomatoes; cover and refrigeratethoroughly.
- Serves 8 to 10.
- NOTES : Sandi says: Use as a side dish, salad, or possibly on a sandwich. Thin cucumber slices may be added.
