  1. Dissolve marshmallows in lowfat milk in double boiler till melted. Set aside to cold. Prepare the vanilla pudding as directed on package. Put half of the crushed graham crackers in bottom of pan. Then spread the vanilla pudding proportionately over crackers. Drain fruit cocktail.
  2. Add in fruit cocktail to the marshmallow mix and pour over the pudding. Add in the rest of the graham crackers on top and place in the refrigerator. Serve when cool.
