Ingredientes
- 1 lg. pkg. chicken breast and thighs
- 2 c. broth
- 1 med. onion
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans Veg-All
- 2 sticks melted butter
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 2 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Boil chicken with diced onions, salt, and pepper to taste (debone). Pour chicken broth into pan. Pour soups over broth. Add in diced chicken and vegetables. In a blender, add in flour, melted butter, and lowfat milk; pour over chicken mix. Bake at 400 degrees till top is lightly brown.
