Receta Martina Navratilova's Pesto Sauce

Ingredientes
- 275 ml Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 x Cloves garlic
- 60 gm C. fresh basil
- 5 ml Salt
- 1/4 tsp Freshly grnd black pepper
- 30 ml Pine nuts
- 125 gm Fresh parsley
Direcciones
- 1. Place the extra virgin olive oil, garlic and fresh basil in a blender and mix at high speed. Leave to settle for 15 min,
- 2. Add in the salt, Pepper and pine-nuts and mix at low speed.
- 3. Add in the parsley and some freshly grated vegetarian parmesan cheese to the desired texture and taste.
- 4. Serve Pesto tossed with new potatoes.
