Receta Mary Kay C.'S Crisp Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 c. shortening (soft Crisco)
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 rounded teaspoon soda
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 c. rolled oats
Direcciones
- Cream sugar and shortening till smooth. Add in Large eggs and beat well. Sift together flour, salt, cinnamon, and soda; add in alternately with lowfat milk and vanilla. Mix well, then add in rolled oats. Drop by rounded teaspoonful on greased cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for about 15 min - more or possibly less. Yield nearly 100 cookies.
