Receta Mary's Potato Salad

Ingredientes
- 10 lbs. potatoes
- 14 Large eggs, hard-boiled
- 1 med. stalk celery
- 1 lg. green pepper
- 1 c. Marzetti Slaw dressing
- Hellman's mayonnaise
Direcciones
- Peel potatoes before cooking. When cooked, while still warm, take a fork and break into small pcs. Saves a lot of time the next day when making the salad. Add in to the potatoes 12 cooked Large eggs, cut into small pcs. Add in the celery and green pepper (diced). Add in the slaw dressing and sufficient mayonnaise to suit your taste. Slice remaining Large eggs on top and sprinkle with paprika.
