Receta Mashed Cauliflower

Ingredientes

  • 1 Medium Head of Cauliflower
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon of Butter
  • 1/2 Cup of Milk (or more depending on size of cauliflower)
  • 3 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese (Optional)INSTRUCTIONS
  • Cut the cauliflower into bite sized pieces and coarsely chop the garlic
  • Place the garlic and cauliflower into a pot and add enough water to cover half of the cauliflower
  • Cover and cook over medium to low heat for 20 to 30 minutes - until it becomes tender
  • Drain water from cauliflower/garlic mixture and place in food processor*
  • Add the butter and half of the milk and process
  • Gradually add milk until mash reaches desired constancy
  • Stir in the Parmesan Cheese and serve
  • Cauliflower can be mashed with an immersion blender too
