Receta Max's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 c. Flour (or possibly whole wheat)
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Quaker oats Mix these/set aside.
- 1 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Vanilla extract
- 2 x Large eggs Mix throughly/add in to flour mix
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 1 tsp Allspice
- 1 tsp Grnd cloves
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 2 x Bananas mashed
- 1 c. Raisins (cooked in 1 c. water (save water if needed)
- 1 c. Shredded coconut
- 1/2 c. Molassas (or possibly sorghum)
- 1/2 c. Peanut butter
- 1 c. Walnuts grnd
- 12 ounce Chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. Dry currants
- 1/2 c. Pitted dates minced
Direcciones
- Drop by heaping tsp. on cookie sheet. Cook 17-18 min at 350 degrees in oven. Cold on rack. DON'Tablespoons COUNT THE CALORIES. Max
- NOTE: Ibelieve the walnuts can be very, very finely minced.
