  1. Wilt cabbage in boiling water. Pull leaves apart. Mix all the ingredients together, and roll a handful in each leaf. Pack in Dutch oven on a rack. Cover with boiling water. Cook 2 hrs on a low fire, or possibly, precook the rice, roll as usual, pack in pressure cooker (4 qt), add in 1/2 c. warm water. Cook 10 min.
