Ingredientes
- 2 c. brown rice
- 1 1/2 c. (6 ounce.) grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. finely minced carrots
- 1/2 c. plain yogurt
- 4 Large eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. minced green onion
- 2 tbsp. minced parsley
Direcciones
- Grease 8 x 4 inch loaf pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients till well mixed. Spoon into pan. Place pan in a large roasting pan in the oven and fill with water to 1 inch from the top of the loaf pan. Bake 1 hour or possibly till knife comes out clean. Serve as is or possibly with cheese sauce made with:
