Receta Meatloaf With Mushroom Soup

Ingredientes
- 4 slices white bread with crusts removed
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 pound hamburger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. dry mushrooms; optional
Direcciones
- Crumble the bread into the beaten Large eggs, then fold in all the rest of the ingredients in the order listed above. Spoon gently into a greased loaf tin. Place in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Saute/fry the fresh mushrooms for a garnish.
