Receta Mediterranean Grilled Lamb

Ingredientes
- 3 1/2 Tbsp. Red onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil, plus 1 tsp.
- 2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar, plus 2 tsp.
- 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tsp Fresh basil, chopped Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 x Lamb chops, (5 oz)
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients except lamb chops, then add in the lamb chops and marinate in the refrigerator at least 3-5 hrs. Grill or possibly broil the lamb chops till done as desired.
- The recommended wines are: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, or possibly Pinot Noir.
- NOTES :Prep: 5 minutes, Marinate: 3:00, Cook: 10 minutes.
