  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. spiral or possibly curly noodles, cooked and liquid removed
  • 3 ounce. feta cheese, diced into 1/2 to 3/4 inch pcs
  • 3 tomatoes, minced
  • 1 med. cucumber, peeled, seeded, halved, and thickly sliced
  • 1/2 c. pitted ripe olives, halved
  • 1/3 c. walnut pcs
  • 2 tbsp. finely sliced red onion, optional
  • 2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 c. chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 to 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Direcciones
