Name: Mexican Casserole
Ingredients: 1 lb grnd beef cooked; 1 c. Ranch Style beans; 12 x corn tortillas cut into 4ths; 5 ounce grated cheddar cheese; 1 can Rotel tomatoes undrained; 1 can Cream of Chicken soup; 1/2 c. minced onion

Ingredientes

1 lb grnd beef cooked
1 c. Ranch Style beans
12 x corn tortillas cut into 4ths
5 ounce grated cheddar cheese
1 can Rotel tomatoes undrained
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1/2 c. minced onion

Direcciones

Brown meat with onions, add in beans. Line a buttered casserole dish with half of the tortillas. Pour half the meat mix on top of the tortillas, layer with all the cheese and put remaining tortillas on top. In bowl, mix soup and the Rotel tomatoes. Pour on top of the casserole. Bake at 350* - covered - for 30 min.
