Receta Mexican Cobb Salad

Ingredientes
- 6 c. Shredded romaine
- 1 can (15 ounce.) kidney beans, rinsed and liquid removed
- 1 c. Shredded Jack cheese
- 2 lrg Tomatoes, diced
- 1 1/2 c. Diced cooked chicken
- 1 x Avocado, diced
- 1/4 c. Chopped red onion
- 1 1/2 c. Diced jicama
- 6 slc Bacon, cooked and crumbled*
Direcciones
- Stir all until blended. 1 can (4 ounce.) diced green chilies 1/4 c. minced fresh cilantro 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice 1/2 teaspoon freshly grnd pepper 1/4 teaspoon salt Layer the lettuce, beans, cheese and half the tomatoes in a large glass bowl. Add in the chicken, avocado, onion, tomatoes, jicama and bacon in rows. Toss with dressing and serve immediately.
