Receta Mexican Espresso Brownies with an Espresso Chocolate Glaze
Ingredientes
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1 & 1/2 tsp espresso
- 1/2 cup and 2 Tbsp boiling water
- 2 oz chopped unsweetened chocolate
- 4 & 1/2 Tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 eggs and 2 egg yolks
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 & 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 & 3/4 cup flour
- 6 oz chopped chocolate or chocolate chips
- For the Espresso Glaze:
- 6 Tbsp Butter
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 Tbsp espresso powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 16 oz powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
